Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

1. General Policy

LynxTech Lab LLC provides digital marketing, SaaS, IT consulting, SEO, and software development services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. SaaS (Software as a Service) Subscriptions

  • Free Trials: If applicable, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel within the first 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, and services remain active until the subscription period ends.

3. Digital Marketing, SEO, and Consulting Services

  • All payments for marketing, SEO, or consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as time, resources, and planning are immediately allocated.

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the start of a new billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month.

  • Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, and third-party platforms.

4. Web/Software Development Projects

  • Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable.

  • Milestone Payments: Refunds are not available once a milestone has been approved and delivered.

  • Project Cancellations: If you cancel before project completion, you are responsible for payment of all completed work and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.

  • Incorrect billing amount.

  • Service not delivered as agreed in a signed contract (subject to review and mutual agreement).

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a subscription/service:

  • Email us at info@lynxtechlabs.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for request.

  • We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and Services.

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
